THE FABRIC SCRAY – BENEFITS

– Ensures a continuous process even in case of a batch change and thus uniform
compacting results
– A pneumatically activated pendulum roller allows a tension-controlled operation
of the line
– User-defined speed during filling and emptying of the line
– High accumulation capacity of the scray due to a controlled fabric flow with guide
plates above the fabric
– The elements in contact with the fabric are made of stainless steel

THE STEAMER DRUM – BENEFITS

– Intensive steaming and slight moistening of the fabric for a better compaction in the
sanfor process
– The steamer drum is heated with steam from inside in order to transfer the steam
to the fabric without condensation
– The fabric is intensively percolated with steam due to its direct contact with the
steamer drum, which is essential particularly for densely woven fabric
– Continuous and exactly reproducible setting of the steam flow in the recipes
management system
– A steamer box instead of the steamer drum will be used for the finishing of
knitted fabric

汽蒸转鼓 – 优点

– 对织物进行密集的汽蒸和轻微的润湿，可有助于预缩时更好的收缩。
– 汽蒸转鼓从内部通过蒸汽加热，可将蒸汽传送到织物上，且无冷凝。
– 由于织物与转鼓直接接触，蒸汽可以被密集地渗透到织物上去，这对于
