PROCESS IN TEXTILE FINISHING

Objectives of the sanforizing process
– Minimization of residual shrinkage
– Stabilization of fabric structure
– Completion of the surface treatment
– Improvement of the hand of the fabric

The Sanfor Principle
Typical final products
– Shirtings, bottom wear, denim The not yet shrunk fabric is introduced from above into the nip
– Sheetings, table cloths, curtains, upholstery, work uniforms between rubber belt 1 and heated shrinking cylinder 3 .
By passing a pressing roller 2 , the rubber belt – and thus
also the fabric – is pressed in a controlled and defined way.
The fabric shortens in the nip to the same degree as the rubber

预缩的目的

– 天然纤维与人造纤维的混纺织物

– 衬衫，裤子，牛仔裤
– 床单，桌布，窗帘，装饰布，工作服
