Service & Maintenance

We offer a great variety of services and our technicians are world-wide active for you. We install your lines, assist and train your operators and support you in the maintenance and cleaning of the machines. Generally the BRÜCKNER lines are provided with a remote diagnosis and remote maintenance software so that we are able to analyse the cause and intervene in a well directed way when there are problems.

With our BRÜCKNER Live Support Client our technicians can assist you when setting up or installing software at your machine. Please download the Live Support Client in the respective language to your computer when our technician asks you to do so. Afterwards we can telecontrol your computer and/or your line via this Client.
