OPTI-COAT 2in1 coating unit
The OPTI-COAT 2in1 coating unit is a combined floating knife-/ knife against cylinder unit with compact and stable design and simple handling. While applications with floating knife are for low applied quantities, the knife against cylinder allows to apply medium and high quantities up to approx. 2000 g/m². Aqueous dispersions and foams as well as paste can be applied. This unit can be perfectly retrofitted to existing lines.
- Exact layer thickness across the complete fabric width
- Available for working widths up to 3400 mm
- Available in explosion-proof design
- Appropriate for all woven fabrics and for stable and low-distortion knitted fabric
- End products are for example sailing cloth, abrasive cloth, air bag, technical light protection materials
