Our myBrückner customer platform offers you access to numerous digital services relating to your Brückner lines. Important documents can be called up digitally at any time, e.g. operating instructions, installation plan, parts lists, spare parts orders or service instructions. In the event of machine downtimes, service tickets can be placed digitally and their status can be tracked at any time. You also receive digital access to our ExperTex process simulation system, which you can use to optimize production processes in terms of productivity and energy use. Use of the system is agreed in a separate order. Registration for the myBrückner platform is free, non-binding and simple.
