ExperTex
In production, our ExperTex software aims to simulate new recipes and optimize existing ones. The simulation system simplifies the creation of machine recipes based on textile properties and chemistry data, enabling first-time-right (FTR) production. In addition, optimization potentials in machine settings can be found for current recipes in order to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity. In addition to a function for pre-calculating the costs of finishing processes, this tool also enables calculation of the CO2 footprint of a batch.
