Energy & Productivity Monitor

This software tool documents the productivity of the line and the energy consumed in terms of batch, day, month and year. Unproductive downtimes are classified by the machine operator in the form of reasons. This allows the productivity of the line and unproductive downtimes to be statistically evaluated. This forms the basis for continuous process improvement. Energy consumption can be constantly logged and assigned to the respective batches, days, weeks and months.
