Energy & Productivity Monitor

This software tool documents the productivity of the line and the energy consumed by batch, day, month and year. Unproductive downtimes are classified by the machine operator by stating the reasons. This allows the productivity of the line and unproductive downtimes to be statistically evaluated. This forms the basis for continuous process improvement. Energy consumption can be constantly logged and allocated to the respective batches, days, weeks and months.
