Award - committed company in the area of integration

As part of this project, selected apprentices at our company were repeatedly surveyed anonymously using scientific methods during their training period. Company, personal and school factors were examined. The data collected was compared with the corresponding surveys of supervisors and trainers.

At the end of the project, not only were scientific results presented, but concrete recommendations for action were also developed to further improve vocational training.
